Services

Assessmentor UK provides academic support services including research assistance, editing, proofreading, and reference material preparation. Our services are not intended to replace independent academic work.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services ethically and responsibly.
• You must not submit our work as your own where it breaches academic rules.
• You are responsible for verifying that our services comply with your institution’s policies.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made in full before delivery unless agreed otherwise. Due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are strictly limited.

A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

• The student has received a confirmed failing result.
• The failure is solely and directly caused by a clear error, omission, or negligence on the part of Assessmentor UK.
• The assignment brief and requirements provided by the student were accurate, complete, and unchanged.

No refunds will be issued in cases involving:

• Late submission by the student
• Partial use or modification of our work
• Academic misconduct or plagiarism policies
• Changes to marking criteria or assignment briefs
• Poor academic performance unrelated to our work

Refund Claim Process

To request a refund, the student must submit a formal claim within 7 days of receiving the result, including:

1. Official proof of failure issued by the institution
2. Written feedback from the examiner or lecturer
3. The original assignment brief provided to us
4. The final submitted version of the assignment

All claims are reviewed internally. Assessmentor UK reserves the right to reject claims that do not clearly demonstrate fault on our part. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Assessmentor UK is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, academic penalties, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our services, except where liability is established through the refund process outlined above.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any revised terms.
